Arab Brazilian Chamber takes businessmen to Hotel Show in Dubai

Brazilian companies in the decoration, building and architecture sectors should be present in one of the most important events in the Hospitality sector, The Hotel Show, to take place between June 08 and 10, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Brazilian booth, organised by the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, should count on the participation of 5 Brazilian companies – Cristais São Marcos, MP Lustres Chandeliers & Cia, Marmoraria Exclusiva, Revestir Revestindo and Docol Metais Sanitários.

The Arab Brazilian Chamber has been operating for over 55 years providing incentives and incrementing trade and cultural exchange between Arabs and Brazilians, having, over the years, played a fundamental part in the development of foreign trade between Brazil and the Arab nations. In Brazil the organisation represents the League of Arab States and is renowned for the credibility and strong operation speaking for the interests of Arab and Brazilian businessmen together with institutions, governments and companies.

To reach its objectives of prospecting and discovering new opportunities, establishment of trade partnerships and fostering of business, the organisation counts on highly qualified professionals, providing a series of fundamental services like market analysis, information about consumer habits, translation and certification of documents. Other activities regularly developed by the Arab Brazilian Chamber are promoting trade missions, receiving trade delegations, organising seminars, talks and business match-making for direct contact between businessmen, as well as participating in fairs, in which the institution is responsible for the whole of the organisation process, as is the case in the Hotel Show 2008.

Among the companies participating in the Brazilian stand are MP Lustres Chandeliers & Cia., which has been participating in fairs in the United States and Brazil for seven years. The products to be shown include chandeliers, sconces and high end table lamps, with finishing in gold and silver and handmade crystals.

Brazilian marble and granite by Marmoraria Exclusiva should further beautify the magnificent architectural sites of Dubai and other Arab countries. For the company, the market potential at the fair is immense. The company adds Brazilian artistic characteristics to the product by working it into classic, rustic and daring forms – which perfectly match the market of the region.

At Revestir Revestindo, a company that makes artistic leather articles, production is not in series, so the company may comply with all the clients' needs in all aspects, from size, kind of leather, colour and finishing. During the fair, cattle leather products for interior decoration should be presented. Products out of fish, ostrich, frog, buffalo and other animal leather should also be shown. In the line of objects turned to hotel management, those shown should be: menus, wine menus, sachets, napkin holders, table mats, room door signs, office equipment, clothes brushes, shoe brushes and many others.

Docol Metais Sanitários has been working in the Arab countries for several years, and the organisation believes that participation in the fair will help position the brand in the market. This is the organisation's first participation at the Hotel Show. Among the products to be shown at the event are bathroom metals like taps, showerheads, accessories and others. The company already exports to countries like Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates and Oman, among others.
